missingWrote a review on Oct 28dated room
Despite the promising location and amenities, the Desert View Room felt dated and lacked the cleanliness expected. I had some unexpected issues during my stay, including an alarm going off in the middle of the night, and getting locked out of my room after, which didn’t add to the relaxation vibe I was hoping for.

Absolutely loved the unparalleled customer service! It truly felt like a special experience. 🥰 However, the restaurant options were limited during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a fantastic getaway!

This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?
The breathtaking views from our terrace and the lovely staff made our stay memorable. I especially appreciated the beautiful pools, perfect for unwinding during the day.
Regrettably, the room showed signs of age, lacking the contemporary touch expected from a luxury hotel. , and the breakfast experience was disappointing, with service falling short of expectations.

We had an amazing getaway celebrating our anniversary, complete with a surprise bottle of champagne from the staff! The spa treatments, like the massage and steam room, were just what we needed to unwind. While the pool service could definitely use a boost, the overall experience was still fantastic and I’d recommend it for a relaxing retreat. 🥂

Beautiful views and lovely landscapes, but the room lighting felt like a bad 90s sitcom. Good luck trying to find food that matches the price tag!
I expected five-star service, not a four-star food experience! Outdated rooms had me missing my cozy home despite the fancy vibes.

The fire pit area was a perfect spot for us, especially with the kids enjoying the colorful show of sunset. The staff was very accommodating, providing a pet menu that kept our little ones happy while we savored a delightful dinner. Additionally, the panoramic views from our Terrace Firepit Room were breathtaking, making our family moments memorable.
My kids wished the pool area had more shallow spots for them to play safely. It would’ve been great if there were additional family-friendly activities throughout the day.

Great views and friendly staff, but check-in took too long and was disorganized.

First off, the homemade jams are a must-try and elevate the breakfast experience to another level. The stunning views throughout the resort are breathtaking—just imagine soaking in that sunset! Plus, the staff was incredibly attentive, making every meal feel special.
We were bummed about our 'upgraded' room being right next to the noisy elevator, which interrupted our much-needed anniversary retreat. The balcony view of the dirt parking lot wasn’t exactly romantic either—definitely overshadowed by those loud AC units.

The pools at The Ritz-Carlton felt like a scene from a movie—glistening water and comfy lounge chairs that were so inviting, I almost asked for a permanent reservation. The attentive pool staff were quicker than a hiccup, delivering cocktails that were as refreshing as a summer breeze, while the breathtaking views of the desert added a touch of glam to our lazy afternoons by the pool.

This was a prime choice for a stopover in Rancho Mirage with good value considering the price it charged. The personal service was excellent, especially how one staff member booked our restaurant reservations without us asking. Don't forget to explore the beautiful grounds for a relaxing stroll.

The spacious suite offered breathtaking views of the mountains, truly stunning. The pool area was a highlight, with attentive staff ensuring drinks were always topped up. I loved the variety at breakfast, especially the fresh pastries. However, the service at the adults-only pool was a bit slow during peak hours. One night, the restaurant was understaffed, making for a longer wait for food. Despite these hiccups, the overall ambiance made up for it. I felt relaxed and pampered throughout my stay, with the luxurious spa being a must-try. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby were a delightful touch. Yet, some amenities felt outdated, which was surprising for a property of this caliber. Overall, my experience was memorable, but improvements in service flow would elevate it further.
